Creative Technologist and IT Architect – OASC

Vincent Demortier is the co-founder and coordinator of the French Digital Innovation Hub Faubourg Numérique – DIH FbN in short – with the mission to support SMEs and local governments in their digital transformations. As a hands-on practitioner of the MIMs, he has participated in many projects related to the implementation of interoperable digital platforms for cities and territories from technical perspectives, including the support to public procurement processes definition. He’s currently contributing to OASC Tech Team work, especially through its involvement in the EU project “exPEDite – Enabling Positive Energy Districts through Digital Twins” with the role to integrate the MIMs and the EU LDT Toolbox in the implementation of the exPEDite Digital Twin implementation.
