Valter Ferreira is an Intelligence Specialist at Lisbon City Council, where he leads data analytics and business intelligence projects to support strategic decision-making. With over 20 years of experience in public administration and communication, he has held leadership roles in Lisbon and Almada municipalities, including Director of Communication, Head of Protocol and International Relations and Advisor to the HR Directorate. Valter also served as CEO of Update Cities, developing urban innovation initiatives and has over 15 years of experience as a vocational trainer in management, marketing and leadership. He coordinates the Lisbon Crowdfunding Network and works on projects related to governance transformation, administrative simplification and living labs. His areas of expertise include Power BI, intelligence analysis and corporate events.
