Head of Department – SETU

On graduating with an Honours Degree in Architectural Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT), Robin was the successful recipient of a Harvard scholarship to complete an internship at the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Paris. On returning from Paris, he worked in architectural practice in London and Dublin for several years with a range of companies, before returning to education to complete a Master’s degree in Urban and Building Conservation at University College Dublin (UCD).

He has been lecturing in the Department of Architecture at WIT since 2001. During this time, he has fulfilled multiple roles, including lecturer, course leader, programme developer, and applied researcher. Currently, he is Programme Leader for both the undergraduate Honours Degree in Architectural & BIM Technology and the postgraduate Higher Diploma in BIM.
