Pedro is a seasoned venture builder and investor with extensive experience spanning venture capital, technology and innovation. He is currently Managing Partner at Transatlantic Highway Ventures and Founding Partner at WATERDOG, supporting startups and corporates across Portugal and the US. He also serves on the boards of multiple organisations, including COREangels Lisbon, STUDIOS.PT, Lane Patrol and Keita Mobility Factory, and acts as a technical strategic advisor to Solmes. Over his career, Pedro has held executive roles in venture capital, early-stage startups and technology projects, combining strategic leadership with hands-on experience in innovation, digital transformation and sustainable mobility.
