CEO – ASKEM

Louis Montagne is founder and CEO of Askem, a digital consulting firm, and creator of Dataizen (Dataizen.eu), an open-source territorial data portal. He supports the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region (DataBFC platform) and the Paris-Saclay urban community in their data projects, and contributes to OASC’s work on city interoperability. An expert for Cap Digital and Bpifrance, specialised in AI since 2004, he has 25 years of experience in tech, design and digital strategy, notably as CEO of AF83.
