Jorge G. Coelho is a Senior Smart Cities Advisor at BABLE Smart Cities, bringing 19 years of expertise at the intersection of local government and transformational projects. He is a passionate advocate for human-centered design and a civic technology leader. Previously, he served as the Chief Information and Innovation Officer at Faro Municipality, where he spearheaded digital transformation and mobility initiatives. Jorge is also a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Algarve and has been recognised with the 2015 National Bicycle Mobility Award for Citizenship.
