Founder – Thingwalla

Joel Bergqvist is the founder of Thingwalla, an open concept for an operating layer for European public digital services: the shared rules, qualification, discovery and procurement routing that would let a service built for one public authority be found, trusted and switched on by the next. Developed since 2023, the concept is the starting point for the GovTech4All Public Services Marketplace pilot (2025–2027). GovTech4All is co-funded by the European Union under the Digital Europe Programme.
