Head of Connected Cities – RISE

Claus Popp Larsen is leading the smart city activities at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden which includes governance, infrastructure, collaboration models, business models and new innovative services in a digital world. Claus particularly focuses on the collaboration within and between municipalities and their suppliers in order to obtain the necessary technical and organisational capabilities of sharing data in a controlled way.
