We will be offering three project demos in parallel, and you are welcome to attend the one that best matches your interests. Each session will give you a closer look at practical tools, hands-on results and real project experiences.
Demo #1 | Cross-Sector Data Spaces for the Smart Communities of Tomorrow | Sophie Meszaros, Diogo Silva, Olli-Pekka Mattila, Mieke van Schaik, Antonio Jara and Peter Benedek |
Sala Panorâmica
Meet the cities realising the very first local smart city data spaces — the foundation of a European Data Space for Smart Communities. From urban planning, water crisis management to urban heat islands, this session explores related business, legal, organisational and technical aspects through practical use cases, sharing common challenges and best practices for cross-sectoral data sharing.
Demo #2 | Informal Workshop on Interopable Citiverse Task Force | Gert Hilgers, Roland van der Heijden and Albert Engels |
Sala Estrela
We invite cities, companies and organisations interested in interoperability, digital twins and the future of urban digital ecosystems to join the Interoperable Citiverse Task Force and actively contribute to making the Citiverse a reality.
Demo #3 | A Positive Energy District Solution for You Too? – A Live Demo of the BIPED Digital Twin | Arne Schilling and Ivy Yang |
Sala Cereja
Join us for an interactive demo session to explore how the BIPED (Building Intelligent Positive Energy Districts) solution could also be used to address your challenges. At this session, we will present the latest developments in our Local Digital Twin solution designed to make energy monitoring and planning more effective at a local level. During this live demonstration, which uses the Aarhus testbed, we will invite you to explore the potential of the BIPED solution for real-world urban interventions. You will have the opportunity to suggest scenarios, such as increasing building renovation rates, expanding district heating or adding infrastructure. The aim of this interactive demo session is to explore how the BIPED solution can also support your local energy planning priorities.
